Founder
Dr. Jonas Kazda
Founder of DiligenceX, Jonas Kazda brings over 5 years of experience in M&A and strategy, with leadership roles including Team Lead for Strategy Execution at a Hanwha Group company and Project Leader at AFRY — a global top-5 M&A advisor in the energy sector.
He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, consistently ranked among the world’s top universities in automation and computational engineering.
Jonas Kazda earned a PhD and undertook a Postdoc in wind farm automation and control at DTU Wind and NREL — the world’s two leading research institutions in renewable energy.
His background combines deep technical expertise with strategic acumen, forming the foundation for DiligenceX’s mission to transform advisory through AI.
